Responsibility
- Oversee day‑to‑day hotel operations ensuring smooth service delivery across all departments.
- Lead, train, and develop a diverse team of front‑line and back‑of‑house staff to achieve peak performance.
- Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and promptly address escalated guest concerns.
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost control initiatives to meet profit targets.
- Implement marketing and promotional activities that drive occupancy, revenue, and brand awareness.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, licensing, and brand standards.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management or a similar senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in staff supervision, training, and performance management.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and profit optimization.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds) and MS Office suite.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
