Responsibility
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance departments
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Manage P&L, budgeting, and financial performance across all departments
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health regulations, and safety protocols
- Lead and mentor a team of 50+ hospitality professionals
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and event partners
- Drive guest satisfaction initiatives and online reputation management
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 7 years in luxury hospitality, including 3+ years in senior management
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and KPIs
- Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency highly valued
- Strong knowledge of Dubai tourism market and hospitality trends
- Certified in P&L management and hotel operations software
- Exceptional leadership, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills
