We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee all aspects of our 250-room boutique resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence and revenue growth.

As Hotel Manager, you will be the driving force behind our commitment to service excellence, working alongside our executive team to maintain our reputation as one of South Beach's most sought-after destinations. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Responsibility

  • Direct and coordinate all hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance departments
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and operational KPIs
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 150+ employees while fostering a culture of excellence
  • Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences through quality assurance programs
  • Manage operational budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally to maintain high satisfaction ratings
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive bookings and promotional campaigns
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field required
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive hotel management experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Demonstrated track record of managing profitable hotel operations in a luxury or boutique property
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English; Spanish is a plus
  • Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) such as Opera or Micros
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams and develop high-performing staff
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
