Oceanview Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dedicated Hotel Manager to lead our bustling Miami property. In this role, you will oversee all facets of hotel operations, from guest experience to financial performance, ensuring that every stay exceeds expectations.

Responsibility
- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth service across all departments.
- Manage and mentor staff, conduct training, and performance reviews.
- Develop and implement budgets, monitor financial performance, and control costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Handle guest complaints and ensure high guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing to increase occupancy and revenue.
- Plan and supervise events, conferences, and special promotions.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hotel management or supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of hotel front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage operations.
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
- Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
