Responsibility
- Oversee daily hotel operations ensuring exceptional guest experiences and service standards
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of department heads and staff
- Manage financial performance including budgeting, P&L analysis, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Drive innovative marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and market share
- Foster strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and community partners
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 8+ years in luxury hotel operations with 3+ years in senior management
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets and KPIs
- Expertise in staff development, training, and performance management
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and revenue management
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency highly desirable
- Valid UAE residency or willingness to relocate
