Responsibility
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance departments
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage financial performance including budgeting, P&L analysis, and cost control
- Lead, mentor, and train a multicultural team of hospitality professionals
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
- Drive revenue growth through targeted marketing initiatives and partnerships
- Handle guest complaints and resolve escalated issues with exceptional service
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 5+ years hotel management experience in luxury properties
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Deep knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices
- Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency highly valued
- Valid UAE residency or willingness to relocate
