As Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue, ensuring guest satisfaction, and leading a dedicated team to maintain our reputation for excellence.
Responsibility
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates.
- Ensure exceptional guest service by monitoring feedback and addressing concerns promptly.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain high performance standards.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to promote the hotel and attract clients.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and property standards.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in luxury properties.
- Proven track record in financial management and revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficient in hotel management software and systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Relevant certifications in hospitality management are a plus.
