Responsibility
- Manage all aspects of hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and events
- Lead, train, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold brand standards
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, occupancy, and guest satisfaction
- Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and control expenses
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and local regulations
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure seamless operation
- Supervise marketing and sales initiatives to drive bookings
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a luxury property
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets and financial reports
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Knowledge of local market trends and competitor analysis
