Responsibility
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue and occupancy
- Lead, mentor, and manage department heads with performance evaluations
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through service quality audits
- Manage budgeting, financial controls, and cost optimization initiatives
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for corporate/group bookings
- Uphold brand standards and compliance with health/safety regulations
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 5+ years luxury hotel experience with 2+ years in management
- Proven revenue management and PMS proficiency (Opera preferred)
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Valid NYC Food Protection Manager certification
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
