Responsibility
- Perform comprehensive daily cleaning, including deep cleaning of all rooms, surfaces, and fixtures.
- Provide meticulous care for fine furnishings, antiques, artwork, and delicate fabrics.
- Manage all laundry operations including washing, drying, ironing, steaming, and seasonal wardrobe rotation.
- Maintain spotless organization of closets, pantries, kitchen, and storage areas.
- Oversee inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and household provisions, placing orders as needed.
- Coordinate with property managers and external vendors for specialized cleaning or maintenance projects.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown for private dinners and events, ensuring flawless presentation.
Qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Housekeeper in a luxury private residence or equivalent high-end hospitality setting.
- Unimpeachable references from current or past employers in private households.
- Expert knowledge of safe cleaning chemicals, tools, and techniques for various surfaces (marble, hardwood, silk, etc.).
- Impeccable attention to detail and a passion for maintaining an immaculate home.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States (no sponsorship available).
- Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs, stand, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the day.
- Demonstrated discretion, trustworthiness, and a strong sense of initiative.
