Responsibility
- Perform high-volume data entry with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Maintain and organize both physical and digital filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including sorting mail, managing deliveries, and responding to inquiries.
- Assist with scheduling staff meetings, appointments, and managing shared calendars.
- Prepare professional correspondence, reports, and spreadsheets using the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Order and manage office inventory, ensuring essential supplies are always in stock.

Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; some college coursework in Business Administration is a plus.
