Responsibility
- Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests.
- Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages with professionalism.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area before, during, and after service.
- Process payments efficiently.
- Address guest concerns and ensure satisfaction.
- Work closely with the team to maintain smooth operations.
- Upsell appetizers, desserts, and beverages when appropriate.
Qualification
- At least 2 years of waitstaff experience in a similar environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Proficiency with POS systems.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of wine and cocktail service is a plus.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
