Responsibility
- Master espresso extraction, pour-over techniques, and alternative brewing methods
- Train and mentor junior baristas on service standards and beverage protocols
- Develop seasonal menu rotations featuring local ingredients and innovative recipes
- Manage inventory and maintain equipment to uphold quality control
- Lead daily shift operations while ensuring exceptional customer experiences
- Collaborate with roasters to refine bean profiles and brewing parameters
- Uphold rigorous sanitation and safety protocols across all stations
Qualification
- 3+ years professional barista experience with advanced certification
- Expert knowledge of coffee origins, processing methods, and flavor profiles
- Proven ability to train staff and maintain operational excellence
- Exceptional multitasking skills in high-volume environments
- Strong understanding of dairy alternatives and dietary restrictions
- Basic inventory management and POS system proficiency
- Food Handler's Permit and ServSafe certification preferred
