Responsibility
- Deliver impeccable table service with attention to detail and personalized guest interactions
- Master extensive wine and cocktail menus with expert recommendations
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve concerns, and anticipate needs proactively
- Maintain pristine dining area standards including table settings and cleanliness
- Contribute to upselling initiatives while maintaining authentic service authenticity
- Train junior staff on service protocols and restaurant operations
Qualification
- Minimum 3 years of fine dining or upscale restaurant experience
- Exceptional knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
- Proven ability to manage high-volume service with grace under pressure
- Strong wine and beverage certification (Sommelier preferred)
- Impeccable communication and multitasking abilities
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid NYC Food Handler's Certificate
