Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and courteous manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS system
- Provide detailed menu descriptions and suggest pairings
- Deliver orders to tables and ensure guest satisfaction
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned section
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Upsell appetizers, drinks, and desserts to increase revenue
Qualification
- Minimum 2 years of serving experience in a fine dining environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Food handler certification or equivalent (e.g., ServSafe)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and food pairings
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent
